TAG RE $5,000 Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the TAG RE $5,000 Giveaway (“Giveaway”). By entering, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of Australia, aged 18 years and over.

2. How to Enter

  • Scan the QR code on TAG RE branded coffee sleeves, cups, or flyers at participating local businesses, or visit the giveaway page to enter.
  • Complete the official entry form and follow TAG RE on Instagram (@tagrealestate) to double your chances to win.
  • Limit of one entry per person.

3. Prize Details

  • Winner’s Prize: $4,000 AUD in cash.
  • Community Contribution: $1,000 AUD will be donated directly to Nepean Hospital on behalf of TAG RE and the community.
  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for goods or services.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Entries close at 11:59 PM AEST on 25th September 2025.
  • One winner will be drawn at random and announced the following week on TAG RE’s official Instagram and website.
  • The winner will also be contacted via the email or phone number provided in the entry form.
  • If the winner does not respond within 3 days, a redraw may occur.

5. Privacy

  • By entering, participants consent to TAG RE collecting and using their personal information to manage the Giveaway and contact the winner.
  • Personal details will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to administer the Giveaway.

6. General Conditions

  • TAG RE reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms.
  • TAG RE may cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if unforeseen circumstances occur outside its control.
  • TAG RE is not responsible for lost entries, technical issues, or delays beyond its control.
